Please note there is a difference between your account limit and card limit.
The account limit will be determined based on your type of business and expected volumes and will be sufficient for most startups and SME's.
The card limit is lower than your account limit, but you can add more funds to your cards any time from your main account in the dashboard.
Tier 1 (card limit)
You will be in tier 1 after card activation
Tier 2 (card limit)
You will be upgraded to Tier 2 approximately 3 working days after card activation
*Please note that 2% of ATM withdrawal fee is also included in the ATM withdrawal limit.
Please note, all users, except those below 18 years old, are usually upgraded to T2 within 1 business week after the card was successfully activated.
You don't need to do anything on your end as it's processed by our services provider, but as this is done manually there are times when it takes additional periods.
Tier 3 (card limit)
In order to be upgraded to Tier 3, you will need to make a request to our Customer Solutions team to have a form issued out via email@example.com.
Tier 3 upgrades are usually processed within a week from the receipt of the submitted form.
