What are Neat Visa cards?
Neat Visa cards are virtual and physical business expense cards that can be used anywhere that accepts Visa credit cards (credit card merchant fees apply). The cards are linked to your company with card repayments settled automatically from the funds in your Neat wallet balances. This means there need to be sufficient funds to avoid failed transactions and payments.

For example, when you transact with your HKD Neat Visa card, equivalent funds are automatically deducted from your company’s HKD Neat wallet balance.

Monthly Card Limit Definitions

Transaction History
All Neat Visa cards transaction history is recorded in both the corresponding currency wallet balance and the individual card detail page.

Current Month Card Spend
Manage your cards’ spending with the Current Month Card Spend – the total amount of money that has been spent using a Neat Visa card in this month. On the 1st of each month, the Current Month Card Spend on all Neat Visa cards will reset to $0.00.

Monthly Card Limit
Monthly Card Limit is the maximum amount a Neat Visa card can spend per month. Business admins can edit this Monthly Card Limit at any time from the Neat Dashboard.

Example

1. A business admin creates a card with a Monthly Card Limit of $10,000 HKD

2. During the month, the card spent $2,000 HKD – therefore the card’s Current Month Card Spend is $2,000 HKD. The $2,000 HKD has been deducted from the corresponding HKD wallet*

3. On the 1st of the following month, the Current Month Card Spend resets to $0.00 HKD

4. The card is able to spend up to the $10,000 HKD Monthly Card Limit in the new month*

*as long as there are sufficient funds in the corresponding HKD wallet
