What type of roles and permissions can I assign my team?

When adding a new user to your account, you can either assign them Admin or Viewer role. Learn how to add new users to your dashboard.

What can Viewers do?
1. View all transactional activity, including payment and payee details 
2. Download statements and individual transaction records 
3. See Xero integration and connected bank feeds 

But they won’t be able to instruct payment instructions, create cards, or change any account settings. 

This role allows you to give your accountants or anyone else who needs access to your transactional data to do your business reporting. 

What can Admins do?
Admins are authorised to do everything in the Neat dashboard, from instructing payments to managing the account.
