As long as you’re an Admin, you can add new users to access your Neat account.
To add a new user to your account:
1. Go to Settings, and go to Team Access
2. Select Add User
3. Enter their email they’ll use to login, and their name
4. Choose their role
5. Click Confirm at the bottom of the page. We’ll email them an invite, so they can access your account right away.
At the moment only Viewers can be added from the dashboard. If you would like to add new Admins, please contact our customer support team.
