Companies are eligible to apply for a Neat Account if they meet the conditions below:

1. Business registered in the following countries/regions

2. Nationality and place of residence of Director(s), Shareholder(s), and Account User(s)* are in one of the following countries/ regions

3. Not involved in any of these industries

4. We cannot offer an account for the below:

   • Businesses whose corporate shareholding involves bearer shares

   • Charities, that are unregulated in the country in which they operate

   • Clubs

   • Investment holding companies

   • Non-governmental organisations (NGO’s)

   • Societies

   • Trusts

   • Unregulated businesses operating within an industry which requires a license
     

*It is not necessary for the director(s), shareholder(s), and account user(s) to:

• Be a Hong Kong resident

• Have a Hong Kong ID

• Be physically present in Hong Kong for account opening, the application is done online.
