How do I transfer my remaining fund out?

You can continue to spend the fund by your Neat Mastercard until 1 October 2021; however, if you wish to move your funds to your (same name) bank account. Please fill in the cancellation form here.

You will need to provide the below information:

For Local bank account:

• Bank name

• Account number

For Foreign bank account:

• Bank account country

• Bank name

• Account name

• Account number

• Account currency

• SWIFT code

• Bank address
  

* All bank charges incurred will be deducted from the remaining balance, please make sure the remaining balance is enough to cover the bank charges.

* The cancellation process will take up to 30days after the initial request.
