Neat Visa Card
We recommend you always have your push notifications turned on, to receive a notification after each of your card transactions.
If there are unrecognised transactions on your Neat Business Card, please disable your card immediately through the Neat Business APP or the dashboard, and contact our Customer Solutions team. We will inform and investigate the reported transactions with Visa. Please note disabling the card does not affect any transactions that were already authorised or settled.
Please be reminded the investigation can only be done within 60 days of the transaction being made. The result of the dispute claim will be dependent on Visa’s investigation outcome.
