Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is a method of confirming a user's claimed identity by using something they know and a second factor other than something they have or something they are.
We have implemented this electronic authentication method, which is an extra layer of security used to make sure that customers trying to gain access to our website and application are who they say they are.
After you have input your username and password, we will ask you to fill out an "authentication code". You can get the code either via email or any application that supports the Time-based One Time Password (TOTP) protocol e.g. Google Authenticator.
The authentication code is sent via email by default if you have not set the authenticator. Simply copy and paste the code into the authentication screen.
You have the possibility to change the way you receive the One Time Password (OTP) and can select either email, SMS or App Authenticator. This feature is located on the "Profile" page under the "Security" tab.
