Please note there is a difference between your balance limit and card limit.
The account limit will be determined based on your type of business and expected volumes.
Balance limits are implemented for your USD, HKD, EUR & GBP wallets, and monthly incoming amount limits for each currency. These limits are put in place to help us protect our network of customers from potential fraudulent activities.
Balance limit: Maximum amount you can have in your wallet at any time
Monthly incoming amount limit: Maximum amount you can receive in your account per calendar month
You can check your limits on your Neat Business Dashboard.
Please consider your monthly account limit when expecting large incoming transactions. If an incoming payment results in your monthly limit being exceeded, the payment will automatically be returned to the payer, and it could take a few days to be returned to the sender’s account.
