How do I transfer money to Neat mastercards?

You can transfer funds from your Neat Account to your Neat mastercards, instantly and free, through the Business Dashboard.

After logging into the Neat Dashboard, simply press the "Cards" tab, select the card you want to send money to and click "Top-Up".

Neat offers HKD and USD currency cards. Please note you will only be able to top-up your Neat mastercard using the wallet with the associated currency.

USD wallet -> USD card(s)

HKD wallet -> HKD card(s)
