As soon as we receive the complete information from the sending bank or from any online money transfer services (like Transferwise, Revolut etc) we do our best to locate your topup and associate with your Neat card. The topup credit time varies depending on the topup method used:
via FPS, directly to your Neat card - It’s instant.
via online bank transfer using Epaylinks BOC account number - On the last working day of every week
via cash - Within 1-2 business days
Some of the most common reasons that cause a deposit to delay:
Your card is locked due to multiple reasons or blocked in the app.
Incorrect card details input while making a transfer.
You’ve exceeded your card tier limits.
Or we haven’t received complete information i.e your card number from the sending bank and cannot locate your topup. To prevent delays, please double-check that the account details used are correct.
