Travel insurance is automatically activated when a cardholder* purchases a Common Carrier ticket with an eligible Visa Card

To make a travel accident insurance claim please follow the below instructions
Notice of Claim:
A written notice of claim must be given no later than ninety (90) days from the date of the incident. Failure to give notice to the claims department listed below, within ninety (90) days from the date of the incident may result in a denial of the claim.
The information must be completed truthfully and accurately and no information or materials have been withheld and that AIG will rely and act on the Information accordingly. Otherwise, AIG reserve the rights to deny liability or recover amounts paid, whether wholly or partially.
Required Documents:
Travel Insurance Claim Form
Copy of Ticket & Boarding Pass
Letter from the Airline Authorities certifying about the delay missed connection
Transaction verification confirming the full passenger fare for the Covered Trip had been charged to the eligible card, including copies of Common Carrier ticket(s) and receipts
You may fast-track your claims by emailing the needed documents to claims.hk@aig.com and sending your original receipts to the address stated below.
