How long will it take for a Refund?

The refund processing times will vary based on:

• If merchant accepts the refund request then it will be processed by our system instantly as soon we receive merchant’s confirmation.

• If merchant didn’t settle the transaction, we will release the authorization automatically 14 days after the transaction is made. *Please note that “release the authorization” means that the funds will be returned to the available balance on the card.
