How long will it take for a refund to be processed?

The refund processing times will vary based on:

• If a merchant accepts the refund request then it will be processed by our system instantly as soon we receive the merchant’s confirmation.

• If a merchant hasn’t settled the transaction, we will automatically return the funds to the wallet 28 days after the transaction is made.
