Once you have created a payment, you can check the status by finding the payment in your Neat dashboard.
Step 1: Go to Balances
Step 2: Click on GBP/EUR/HKD/USD balance
Step 3: Under Pending Payments or Payments tab, select a transaction.
You’ll find a badge on the top right which will indicate the status of your payment.
Processing = Your payment is being processed by our system, which can take up to 1 business day - unless our team has requested for more information regarding this payment.
In Transit = Your payment is on its way to your payee which can take up to 5 business day
Completed = Your payment has reached its destination.
Failed = Your payment was unsuccessful.

Once your payment has been processed successfully, you’ll be able to keep your payee up-to-date with their payment by simply sharing a tracking link. All you need to do is select the Share button from your transaction, then copy and paste the unique link.
