How do I change the name printed on my card?

Changing the name printed on your card can easily be done by following the replacement card process. 

On the app: 

Step 1: Go to Manage card

Step 2: Tap cancel and replace card

Step 3: Input a reason for replacing the card which in this case would be “change the name on the card”

Step 4: Input the new name for the card

Step 5: Review the shipping address and confirm 

All done, your new card will be on the way and should arrive within 5 business days if you are local to Hong Kong and 2-4 weeks if you are located outside of Hong Kong.
